had a nice walk down there saturday to find non of the regulars down infact no carp anglers at all there was three pike anglers. but wot happen to the carp anglers? do all your carp anglers desert your lake through winter?

Things must have changed then, their were always carpers throughout the winter on Fordwich, even mid-week there were a few of us on the water.

well it was empty im going for a 3 day seesion just after new year for the carp

camo from wot i can remember when i first join bak in 1995, there aint half as many serious anglers, bak then it used to be packed, but now its just dead all most all season round, dunno wots going wrong.

I would of thought that would off been obvious danny, Theres no one there because they all thought that you need the chance to catch some fish,so they are given you some space to use your angling skills to the MAX.

next season for me, probably going do some float fishing for the rest of the season on the river and minster lakes or littlebounre
