OK, for me it is both, but mainly use sticks. The time that I am able to spend will determine my selection. This is also dependant upon the area as some places it is not a question. Both have advantages and disadvantages. When you have a LIMITED area to place your rods down, you will need to have a pod. If you are able to spread your rods out, you may want to use the bank sticks. JMHO!!!!!!! HOPPY4

I must admit if not purely on bite indication sticks are a must, but on most fisheries the swims are too small too allow this, also manmade swims make it difficult to get your sticks in without making too much noise so a pod is a must in this situation in my view.

Sticks for me all the way , how else do you position a rod on the other side of that tree on the LH side of your swim . Seriously I do own a pod but in the last 4 years I've only used it 2 or 3 times.
